The steel structure is no other than iron rods that will provide a stronger and better shape to the pool’s walls and floor. The benefit of steel structures is that they are more pliable and they give more options for custom-designed pools.

After the steel structure is in place, it is time to set up the pipes and wires that will make everything function.

The plumbing system includes making space for skimmers, drainage, and placing the pipes.  Remember, the pipes will have to go through the property to reach the pump and filter systems.

Next comes the gunite process. This consists of placing the concrete mixture using high-pressure compressed air to shoot it onto the surface of the pool. A gunite pool is a concrete pool but the concrete is shot in place not poured

Prior to our Gunite process, the construction supervisor and Jason will walk the project prior to this phase. Our Construction supervisor will remain onsite to ensure 100% ACCURACY OF THE BUILD.

This phase will start with meeting the customer and spray painting a footprint of the deck structure. The customer at this time has a choice to add more concrete or umbrella sleeves. In this phase, the customer can add a cool coat or any various concrete topping.

When the time comes to select the decking material, there are essential features in beauty and safety to consider:

•       Non-slippery
•       Non-coarse, non-bumpy, and leveled material
•       Heat-reflective content to keep the deck cooler
•       Materials resistant to algae acid, mold, mildew, chemicals, and frost

The final phase is the plaster, where our crew comes in and places the interior finish of the pool. We will have your selection of color and texture prior to this stage. When the plaster is first applied it may seem like a different color than the one you picked. Do not panic! Once the process has been completed your plaster will look just like the color you chose.
